Standard Operating Procedure for Lighthouse Ticket Booking Portal
Accessing the Portal:
Visit the Lighthouse official website.
Navigate to the "Ticket Booking" section. It will redirect to the LOGIN page.
Login using your Mobile Number / Email ID and enter the OTP received on Mobile / email.
Once logged in, navigate again to the “Ticket Booking” section.
Choose Lighthouse by selecting from the drop-down or map.
On the booking page, choose your preferred date and time for the visit.
Check for available slots and select a suitable time.
Ticket Type & Quantity:
Choose the type of ticket (e.g., Adult, Child, Senior).
Enter the number of tickets required.
Personal Information:
Provide the required personal details for each visitor (Name, Age, Contact Number).
Review Booking:
Review the selected date, time, ticket type, and quantity.
Verify all entered information for accuracy.
Payment:
Choose your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI QR etc.).
Enter the payment details and complete the transaction.
Booking Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message and ticket with QR Code having all the details (Name / Date / Time / Lighthouse etc) will be displayed.
You will also receive a confirmation email / SMS with the ticket details and a QR code.
Log Out:
After successful ticket booking and ticket download portal with auto log out in 30-60 seconds or you can choose the log out button to log out immediately.
On the Day of Visit:
Present the printed or digital ticket at the entry gate.
Keep the ticket with you at all times during your visit to the Lighthouse.
