Standard Operating Procedure for Lighthouse Ticket Booking Portal
Accessing the Portal:
Visit the website:
https://lighthouse.nic.in/
Navigate to the "Book Your Ticket" section.
Login using your Mobile Number / Email ID and enter the OTP received on Mobile / Email.
Once logged in, navigate to the “New Booking” section.
Select Nationality, Choose Name of Directorate from the drop-down, select Directorate, and select Name of Lighthouse.
Nationality, Ticket Type & Quantity:
Choose the Nationality (Indian/Foreigner).
Choose the type of ticket (e.g., Adult, Child).
Enter the number of tickets required.
Personal Information:
Provide the required personal details for any one visitor (Name, Email ID - optional).
Review Booking:
Review the ticket type and quantity.
Verify all entered information for accuracy.
Payment:
Choose your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI QR, etc.).
Enter the payment details and complete the transaction.
Booking Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message and ticket with QR Code (containing Name / Date / Time / Lighthouse details) will be displayed.
You will also receive a confirmation email / SMS with the ticket details and QR code.
Log Out:
After successful ticket booking and ticket download, the portal will auto log out in 30–60 seconds.
You can also choose the "Log Out" button to log out immediately.
On the Day of Visit:
Present the printed or digital ticket at the entry gate.
Always keep the ticket with you during your visit to the Lighthouse.
