The Koltapalam Lighthouse 12-meter-high GI trestle tower was erected in year 2015 and situated about 1.5 km North by road from the jetty. The Koltapalm lighthouse serves mainly the fisherman fraternity to ensure safe navigation. The Koltapalam lighthouse is connected by road from DGPS station at Campbell & Campbell Bay Jetty. The Campbell Bay is connected via Sea from Port Blair through Directorate Shipping Services vessel or Departmental Vessel .The Campbell Bay is also connected by Helicopter services from Portblair
